I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the lack of air-conditioning and outdated equipment was a downside. The service was good, but the laundry service could be improved. The location was convenient, right in the city center, but the noise from being in a pedestrian area was a bit bothersome. The dining experience was okay, but the absence of cooked eggs was a disappointment. The facilities were sufficient, but some areas could use updating.
